2025 Entry Form
-Download for a Fillable Copy and complete form in a PDF Reader. 
-Save and Email your Entry Form, Coggins, and Insurance Waiver to janiceklenke53@gmail.com

-Use the link provided to pay through Square or pay when you check in at the show office.

-Hints for Filling a PDF on an iPhone-To fill in a fillable PDF on an iPhone, open the PDF in the Files app,
tap on the designated form fields, and type your information using the on-screen keyboard;
you can also use a dedicated PDF editing app like Adobe Acrobat Reader
to access advanced features like signing and adding text boxes if needed.

Change of Points Form
(Please submit horse and exhibitor name corrections and point corrections using this form!
Points need to be checked within two weeks of being posted.
Any complaints or requests for change need to be done within this time frame. Requests
for change of points requires the exhibitor to file the “Change Of Points” form with the point recorder at gchsc23@gmail.com.
If this is not done within two weeks of the points being posted for show in question points are as is. )
